Several UCs have large undergraduate Data Science offerings, several offer Data Science as a specialization within Statistics or Computing, and several are currently building programs

There is a range of how CSUs are deploying Data Science.  Cal Poly SLO has built an in depth minor and Cal Poly Humbodlt is introducing a new major in 2023. CSU Fresno has a new interdisciplinary minor and CSU East Bay has built an alternative pathway without calculus.
